Before you book.
What should I discuss with an event planner before requesting a quote?
Start with your occasion, preferred date, venue or suburb, approximate guest numbers and budget. Explain which parts of the planning you would like help with. For event planning in Durban, Nuzi will discuss your requirements and confirm the available support in your quote.
What is the difference between event planning and décor styling?
Event planning starts with the arrangements and support needed for your occasion. Décor and styling focus on the look and atmosphere, including your colour palette, theme and the décor elements you want quoted. Discuss event planning or explore décor and styling, depending on your needs.
Can I share inspiration pictures for my event décor?
Yes. Send your inspiration pictures on WhatsApp and describe the colours, theme and details you like. Include your venue and budget when requesting event décor in Durban or surrounding areas. Nuzi will discuss the options available; a reference picture does not guarantee that every item can be supplied.
Are décor setup, collection and delivery included in the quote?
Confirm these arrangements with Nuzi when requesting your décor quote. The items supplied, setup requirements, collection or delivery arrangements and any additional costs need to be agreed directly. Share the venue location and access times so these details can be discussed.
How do I enquire about gifting in Durban?
Tell Nuzi who the gift is for, the occasion, your budget, the quantity needed and your preferred date. Sweet Little Things offers gifting services in Durban and surrounding areas; specific gift options, lead times and collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed before you order. Explore thoughtful gifting.
Can I request event planning and décor together?
Yes. You can enquire about event planning and décor together, or add a gifting enquiry for the same occasion. Select “A little of everything” in the enquiry form and describe what you need. Nuzi will confirm which services are available and what your quote includes.
Do you offer event services in uMhlanga, Pinetown and Hillcrest?
Yes. uMhlanga, Pinetown and Hillcrest are included in the service areas, along with Durban, Kloof, Westville and other surrounding suburbs. Share your exact venue or location to discuss availability and arrangements. View all areas served.
How do I confirm an event planning, décor or gifting booking?
Begin by calling 060 856 3437 or sending a WhatsApp enquiry. Discuss availability, the service scope and your quote with Nuzi, then agree on the booking or order arrangements directly. Completing the website form prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not confirm a booking or take payment.
